Why am I still seeing the word "repair" in employee messages?
The Platform is undergoing seasonal renewal. That is the term. I do not care whether the message is going to a resident, a contractor, somebody's sister, or the employee sitting across the hall. Working notes become records, records become exhibits, and repeated words eventually become facts because some asshole puts them on a screen twelve feet high.
Get the vocabulary under control.
Nobody says failure. Nobody says damage. Nobody says remediation. Those words assign cause, condition, and responsibility before Legal has had a chance to assign any of them properly.
All visitors are accompanied. No exceptions. Our crews are using enclosed-application protection outdoors, and anybody with functioning eyes is going to ask why. The site office has an answer. Individual employees do not.
Make the rule uniform. A uniform restriction is safety policy. A selective restriction is evidence that we were afraid of a particular person seeing something.
Route every water question through Community Affairs. I do not want a well-meaning employee giving a neighbor last cycle's numbers because they want to be helpful. Helpful people create more discoverable shit than dishonest people ever could.
Do not call any of this concealment. It is precision, and precision protects residents from unnecessary alarm. Put that in the bulletin because half our own employees need to hear it as badly as the community does.
No acknowledgment requirement. I do not need six hundred people creating six hundred additional records to confirm that they received the instruction not to create records.
The team has handled a difficult site with discipline. Keep everyone calm, keep everyone consistent, and close the language before it becomes the event.
